Choose Contact us in Help, or use the public contact form, to ask FTE Tree for help. You can use the form even if you cannot sign in. Pick the topic closest to your question and describe what happened.

Who can help

Ask your organization administrator about roles, department access, invitations, and business approval decisions. For company-account passwords or MFA, contact your company’s IT administrator.

Contact FTE Tree for unexpected behavior, unresolved account recovery, billing, privacy, or accessibility questions. For a walkthrough or tailored pricing, request a demo.

What to include

Describe what you tried, what happened, and what you expected. Include the organization, page title, exact message, and relevant date or period. A position, request, report, or import number helps identify the example. For sign-in or display problems, add the browser, device, approximate time, and time zone.

For example: “The June 30 report shows position 1042 as vacant, but Avery is assigned to it full time from June 1.” Include the checks you already made.

Send one useful example instead of a full employee list or pay report. Remove unnecessary personal and financial details. Never include passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, setup secrets, or payment credentials. Support will provide separate instructions if protected information is needed.

Continue the conversation

Keep the request reference and use the reply path provided. Support conversations stay private to the support request and do not appear in organization activity history or reports.

If guidance calls for a record change, complete it through the normal FTE Tree page with the required permission. Avoid repeating a submitted change while waiting; keep its record or import number available for review.

Optional practice: describe a problem so someone can help

For exercises that change records, use a separate practice organization and complete the preparation below.

Practice steps and checks

Prepare a message with:

  1. The organization and record number.
  2. The page and date you were looking at.
  3. What you tried to do.
  4. What you expected and what appeared instead.
  5. The exact message and checks you already made.

For example: “In Evergreen, I opened Patient Services Coordinator for January 1, 2027. I added the benefits rule, but the compensation total has not changed. I checked that I applied the rule to compensation for this position and waited for the result to finish.”

Say whether the change already saved or the import partly completed. Keep passwords, verification codes, protected pay, and unredacted access files out of ordinary messages. Do not repeat a submitted change while waiting for help.
