1. Customer data processing
FTE Tree LLC handles the information your organization provides to deliver FTE Tree under your customer agreement. Your organization chooses what information to submit and how its authorized users use the service.
2. Data-processing agreements
Contact us to discuss a Data Processing Addendum for your organization. The agreement sets out what data we handle, how we protect it, what help we provide and the agreed terms for returning or deleting it. An addendum applies only when agreed by both parties.
The agreed schedules should identify the covered services, types of information, authorized subprocessors, processing locations and any required international-transfer safeguards. They should cover workforce-system connections when included, together with the applicable provider authorization and change-notification arrangements. This page does not establish an executed schedule or customer authorization.
