1. Service provider information
FTE Tree LLC uses the providers below to deliver FTE Tree. Some services are optional; this list does not confirm which providers are active for your organization. Provider names link to their privacy or data-handling information.

| Render | Hosts the website and application. Application hosting handles account information, organization and workforce data, service records and backup copies. |
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Stores uploaded files and backups, sends service emails, supports website addresses and protects credentials for company sign-in and workforce-system connections. |
| Better Stack | Helps us find errors and keep the service running using diagnostic records and service-health information. |
| Zoho Desk | Handles support requests, including contact details, messages and attachments you provide. |
| Zoho Bigin | Handles demo requests and follow-up, including contact details, company information and messages you provide. |
| Stripe | Handles payments and subscriptions using billing contact details and payment records. Complete card information goes directly to Stripe. |
| Google and Microsoft | Verify your identity when you choose their sign-in options, exchanging account identity information and sign-in results. Your organization may also choose another supported company sign-in provider. |
Some providers, including payment and sign-in providers, also handle information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices. Their responsibilities depend on the service and applicable agreement.
2. Optional features
Workforce-system connections
BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now connections are planned and are not yet available for customer use. When available and enabled by your organization, a connection may exchange employee, assignment and compensation information with its selected provider.
3. Request provider details
Contact legal@ftetree.com to confirm the providers used for your organization, their legal company names, where they process information, how long they retain it and the agreed protections.
4. Related agreements
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Your Data Processing Addendum or customer agreement sets out any agreed notice of provider changes and your right to object.
