1. Permitted use
Use FTE Tree for authorized organizational position management, workforce planning and reporting. Follow the Terms of Service, applicable law and the Customer’s permissions. Submit only information you have the right to use.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not:
- Access another person’s account or an organization, report or historical record without permission.
- Bypass access controls, impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to manage an organization or its subscription.
- Upload malware, attack the Service, interfere with other users, or probe systems without prior written authorization.
- Use the Service for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, infringement or other illegal activity.
- Submit personal information without the rights and permissions needed to process it, or use the Service to publish another person’s private information without authority.
- Falsify workforce, approval, report or billing records or attempt to alter retained evidence improperly.
- Send unsolicited promotional messages or use unauthorized automation that harms the Service.
Do not use FTE Tree as a repository for passwords, access tokens, complete payment-card details or other secrets. Processing regulated health or similarly sensitive information requires a suitable written agreement and confirmed safeguards; this Policy does not authorize that use by itself.
3. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected misuse or a security issue to support@ftetree.com. Provide enough information to locate the issue without including unnecessary sensitive data. Do not access additional records merely to demonstrate a suspected problem.
FTE Tree LLC may investigate, restrict or suspend access under the Terms when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce this Policy or comply with law. We give notice where reasonably practicable; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
