Evergreen Health walkthrough, version 1. All people and data are fictional.
Guide: https://www.ftetree.com/help/learn/demo-walkthrough/
Use a new, separate practice organization named Evergreen Health.
Choose USD as its workforce currency when creating the organization.
Keep its initial root department named Evergreen Health.
History must include January 1, 2027.
Workforce Budgeting: set annual hours to 2080 from the history start date.
Position Control: skip the financial annual-hours setting.
Use standard field names and choices with no additional required fields.
Set external assignment IDs to Optional, managed by FTE Tree.
Keep employee and position external IDs Not used.
Use at least seven positions of capacity and the guide's access settings.
Upload each numbered CSV in Create mode, one at a time, in this order:
1. 01-job-groups.csv (1 rows)
2. 02-job-codes.csv (5 rows)
3. 03-departments.csv (3 rows)
4. 04-work-schedules.csv (1 rows)
5. 05-employees.csv (5 rows)
6. 06-positions.csv (6 rows)
7. 07-assignments.csv (5 rows)
Validate, inspect the proposed changes and warnings, then apply once.
Wait for Completed and inspect the records before uploading the next file.
The files create six official positions, five people and five assignments.
They do not create Avery Reed or the Patient Services Coordinator position.
Create those records in the guide; record their actual generated numbers.
Background totals: 5 position FTE, 4 assigned FTE, 1 vacant FTE.
Outpatient Services stays empty until you create the coordinator.
Enter budget and pay through the app; these CSVs contain neither.
Background financial information is incomplete, not zero.
Do not upload this ZIP, text files, or expected-results.json as imports.
invalid-department-date.csv is for validation only; never apply it.
Do not reapply completed Create files or load them into an existing demo.
If an import stops, inspect saved rows before preparing remaining work.
The pack does not reset or undo records. Follow the guide's recovery steps.
CSV is the supported upload format; preserve quoted text and leading zeros.
